
Greg Georgianni
Executive Director
Greg Georgianni is the Executive Director of the Real Life Center in Tyrone. He has served in his current role for close to four years. Prior to assuming the position, he worked part-time as the job coach and also volunteered in various roles at the facility.
Greg worked for over 30 years in the automotive industry in HR, Administration and Facilities serving in executive positions with Ford Motor Company and Kia Motors America, where he served as the head of HR for the United States.
Throughout his career, Greg has also volunteered at a number of non-profits in the Southern California and Michigan area.
Greg has a passion for helping individuals and families flourish in the marketplace and in their own personal and spiritual development. One of the greatest outcomes for the Real Life Center is to see how God can walk alongside our clients during some of their most challenging life situations.
Greg was born and raised in California. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Psychology and a Master of Science in Industrial Psychology from California State University, Long Beach.

Mark Dull
Opperations Support Assistant
Mark serves as our Operations Support Assistant. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Technical Management and an Associate Degree in Specialized Technology – Aircraft Maintenance. He is retired from Delta Air Lines Tech Ops Division, with his last position being a Boeing 777 and 767 Senior Specialist.
Mark and his wife Terri have three children and two grandsons. They are both members of Dogwood Church. Terri is employed by Africa Inland Missions in Peachtree City serving as a Receipting Clerk. Mark has been a volunteer at the Real Life Center since 2003, serving on the bread ministry team for the last several years.

Tessa Henson
Front desk operations, food drives & education Manager
Tessa serves at the Real Life Center as the Front Desk Operations, Food Drives, and Education Manager, where she is grateful for the opportunity to support the mission of meeting needs and sharing Christ. She and her husband, Andrew, along with their three sons, have been part of the Dogwood Church family since 2013.
A native of the Atlanta area, Tessa has lived on the south side since 2011. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Child and Youth Development with a minor in Biblical Studies. With a background in education and a heart for people, she is passionate about walking alongside others through the different seasons of life.
Outside of her work, Tessa enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the outdoors, cooking, and cheering on the Atlanta Braves.

Dixie King
Marketing & Orchard Manager
Dixie King serves as the Marketing and Orchard Manager at the Real Life Center. Having lived the majority of her life in Sacramento, California, Dixie moved to Georgia with her husband, Tom, and their four children in 2011. After spending a few years in Savannah, the family settled in Sharpsburg in 2017. Now with most of her children married, Dixie finds great joy in spending time with her growing family—especially her grandchildren. She also enjoys leading women’s Bible studies, traveling, playing board games, walking, and biking.
Dixie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interior Design and has completed half of the coursework toward a master’s degree in education with an English cognate. Matt Lowe
Volunteer Manager & Chaplain
Matt serves as the Volunteer Manager and Chaplain at the Real Life Center. Before joining our team, he served as a Family Pastor, ministering to children, students, and their families. Originally from Texas, Matt spent twelve years in the Nashville, Tennessee area before relocating to Georgia. Matt and his wife, Amy, have two teenage children and are enthusiastic fans of the Vanderbilt Commodores.
He holds a Master of Divinity from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky, and a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Ministry from Dallas Baptist University.

Dana McKay
Business Director
Dana serves as the Business Director here at the Real Life Center. She lives in Fayetteville with her husband, Wes, who recently retired from Yamaha Motor Manufacturing Corp. They have two grown daughters, Lindsay and Lauren.
Dana grew up here in Fayette County, and after attending Fayette County High School, went on to Georgia Tech to get a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics. Go Jackets! She continued her education at Georgia State University, receiving her CPA designation in 1998. Her professional experience includes both public and private accounting, with most of her career focusing on church and nonprofit accounting. In her spare time, Dana enjoys hanging out with her family, reading, and playing trivia.

Jennifer Nolder
Client Care & Special Programs Manager
Jennifer Nolder is excited to have joined the Real Life Center as the Client Services and Special Projects Manager. Her responsibilities include client processing and support, fundraising, donor development, oversight of special programs and development of new special projects. Jennifer has devoted her career to non-profit work and serving others.
Jennifer is married to Dan Nolder and has two daughters. Jennifer and Dan serve as foster parents in Coweta County having brought over 80 children into their home. In her spare time, Jennifer loves spending time with her family and friends, planning events, traveling, loving on their fur babies, and making memories!

Isaac Payne
Operations Driver
Isaac serves as a part-time Operations Driver, responsible for the pickup and transport of food donations to the Real Life Center for processing. He is a Fayette County native with a passion to love his neighbors and community through acts of service, with a compassionate heart to see them as Christ would.
Isaac previously served as a Field Training Officer/Search and Recovery Diver with the Clayton County Police Department. He met his wife, Michelle, while attending Berry College where he served as the Missions and Outreach Coordinator for Mount Berry Church and the Berry College Chaplain’s Office. Isaac and Michelle moved to Coweta County in 2019 and began attending Dogwood Church with their four children in 2023.

Jacob Thomas
Operations Driver
Jacob serves as a part-time Operations Driver. In this position Jacob is responsible for picking up food donations from local retailers, food drives, and food distributors, and transporting them back to the Real Life Center for processing. He is a Georgia native with a passion for helping others, and also serves in student ministry.
Jacob has a Bachelor of Science degree from Emory University and previously worked as an Electrophysiology Technologist at Piedmont Hospital. He has been married to his wife, Abigail, for 15 years, and they have two kids.

Pete Trebotte
Operations, Food Acquisition, & IT Manager
Pete is our full-time Operations, Food Acquisitions, and IT Manager. In this capacity he oversees all logistical, transportation, donation, and facility maintenance operations at the Real Life Center. Pete has a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice. He is a 20-year veteran of the US Army, retiring out of Fort McPherson, GA in 2007.
Pete and his wife Laurel are natives of the state of New Hampshire. They have two daughters and two grandchildren.

Bongi Queen
Special Programs Assistant
Bongi is excited to have joined our team as a part-time Special Programs Assistant. Her responsibilities include managing projects like Backpack Buddies, Senior Social, and Client Events.
Bongi holds degrees in Finance and Interior Design from Georgia State University. Her customer service skills, goal-oriented background, and desire to develop strong relationships allows her to serve in various roles at the Real Life Center & Dogwood Church. She lives in Peachtree City with her husband, David, and four sons. In her spare time, Bongi enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and being outdoors.
