Host a Food Drive

Food drives are essential to the daily operations of the Real Life Center. Each month, over 300 individuals and families rely on our food pantry, which is stocked with nutritious food and essential household items. Consistent donations from food drives help us keep our shelves full and ensure that no one in our community goes without the support they need.

Churches

Churches can support the Real Life Center by hosting food drives in a variety of ways:
  • All-church or small group drives
  • Vacation Bible School (VBS) drives
  • Special event or ministry-specific drives
Many churches host multiple times a year: quarterly, bi-monthly, or twice a year.
Every drive helps us serve families in need—thank you for making a difference!

  • Learning Through Giving
Food drives teach students compassion and the value of helping others.
School food drives inspire young hearts to give—and grow a community that cares.

Community Groups

Community groups of all kinds can make a big impact by organizing food drives. Here are a few great ways to get involved:
  • Neighborhood Drives – Collect food door-to-door or set up a drop-off location.
  • Civic/Service Clubs – Host a drive as part of your group’s service mission.
  • Event-Based Drives – Gather donations at local events, festivals, or races.
Every can collected brings hope to a neighbor in need.
